7 More Things Checked off the QAT Flow Wish List!

February18

We’re in the countdown to the next release of QAT Flow!  With only three weeks left until the expected release date, our team has been working hard to finish up the latest round of features requested by customers.  We’re providing a number of major new features in Release 5 that will make it even more powerful and easier to use.  Of course, our Illustrated User Documentation has also been updated to help you get on track fast!  Here are some of the highlights:

  1. Automated Document Generation and Preview – This is a new feature that makes is simple to generate multiple PDF Documents from the data collected by your work flows.  The documents can also be previewed from any step within the workflow and/or directly from the work queue.  (Look for Microsoft Word document support in an upcoming release!)
  2. Enhanced Web Queues – We’ve added powerful new search and organization features to the queues.  The new management queue provides the ability to monitor and manage the active work.
  3. Design Import / Export – Import and export workflow designs.  This is a great feature that allows us to share and migrate work flow designs.
  4. Data Warehouse and Archiving – We’ve included and embedded data warehouse for easy reporting.
  5. Email Links – Automatic emails with links to directly open the workflow step.
  6. Long Text – This is a new type of parameter for long text entry.
  7. Interface Enhancements – We have a new look that is designed to make using the product more intuitive.

Do you have a feature wish list of your own for QAT Flow?  If so, please let us know!  Our product development path is strongly influenced by customer requests.  Add a comment here or send us an email to sales@qat.com.

Key Dates

November 16, 2009: Registration opens
In recognition of current economic conditions, CA is keeping the conference fee to the base rate charged in 2008. Thus, base rate per person in North America is US $1,595.00.

December 30, 2009: Charity donation ends

For registrations that take place by December 31, 2009, CA will donate $25* in the name of each registrant to that registrant’s national Red Cross. We know these are difficult economic times and charities are one of the first groups to suffer. So we are providing an extra thank you to our registrants this year by providing support back to one of CA’s charities that benefit our customers and partners globally. As the Red Cross has chapters around the world, we are able to make this offer a personal one by country. And each registrant will receive a letter of recognition by the Red Cross.
